We represent numerous auto and truck dealerships throughout the country, and regularly engage with auto and truck manufacturers and the financing companies that serve the industry on behalf of our dealership clients.
The services we provide for auto and truck, implement, and RV dealerships and distributors range from acting as general counsel to representation on specific matters involving equity owner buy/sell agreements, union and labor negotiations, manufacturer issues, fleets, floor plans, franchising and succession planning.
