The Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management is in the process of reviewing applications for cannabis business licenses. With the recent adoption of rules governing the cannabis industry in Minnesota, a major hurdle to the issuance of licenses has been cleared. A lottery for capped licenses is expected this summer, while OCM is expected to begin issuing uncapped licenses imminently. So you're in line to get a license…now what? Join us for a panel with cannabis industry professionals with over a decade of experience in regulated cannabis markets as well as deep knowledge of the regulatory environment in Minnesota.

Topics Will Include

  • Key Considerations for Cultivators, Manufacturers, and Retailers
  • State Regulations
  • Business Planning, Financial Planning, and Fundraising
  • Real Estate and the Importance of Engaging with Local and Municipal Officials
