Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Elizabeth Chatham has been named a "Most Influential Minority Business Leader" by AZ Business. Chatham was selected alongside 23 influential, diverse and minority business leaders in Arizona. She was presented with this recognition in 2017 and 2022 as well.

AZ Business defined Chatham as a "successful, experienced and agile immigration attorney assisting Fortune 500, fast growth companies and educational institutions in navigating the complexities and nuances of corporate U.S. immigration law and compliance."

"I feel grateful and humbled to be selected alongside my 23 colleagues as Most Influential Minority Business Leaders. As an immigration attorney, it truly is my life's work to expand and incorporate how diverse backgrounds, cultures, language, and perspective positively impact workplaces. In today's highly dynamic immigration landscape, I help employers keep up with immigration compliance and fast moving changes. I help employers bring people to work in the United States without fear or risk," Chatham said.

For more than a decade, Chatham has advised multinational companies, start-ups, entrepreneurs, educational institutions, non-profits, media organizations, athletes, artists and individuals on a variety of immigration issues. Chatham helps her clients complete the application procedures for all Employment Visas, as well as various green card strategies. She also provides guidance on consular processing, naturalization, and immigration compliance and performs trainings for corporate human resources personnel. In 2024, Chatham was selected to serve on the South Asian Bar Association of North America (SABA NA) Foundation Board of Trustees. She was also recognized as a "Lawyer of the Year" in immigration law by Best Lawyers in America in 2023.
