Press Release
03.17.2026

Stinson LLP Partner Barry Haith has been named to the 2026 Construction POWER List by Missouri Lawyers Media, recognizing the top construction law attorneys in Missouri.

Haith is one of 31 attorneys included on the list and was selected for his broad construction practice, which spans litigation, arbitration and transactional matters. His experience in the related areas of real estate, insurance coverage and business litigation allows him to guide clients through complex disputes and project-related legal issues while also serving as outside general counsel to privately held businesses.

Among his representative results are an eight-figure recovery for an owner in a complex construction and design defect dispute, large-figure litigation and arbitration victories related to construction and development projects, historic restoration projects and extensive mechanics’ lien, architects’ lien and bond recoveries for contractors and design professionals. He has also secured dismissals for design and architectural firms in multivenue and federal court litigation and successful arbitration outcomes involving commercial, industrial and multifamily developments.

Haith focuses his practice on commercial and corporate litigation, transactions and real estate matters, including design and construction, redevelopment, fiduciary, probate and trust, and fraud litigation. He represents businesses and individuals in disputes and complex transactions and regularly handles matters involving contract negotiations, real estate development projects, insurance coverage issues and lien and bond claims.
