Stinson LLP Partner Marc Weintraub is featured in a Tampa Bay Business Journal article, "Insurance takes focus at Stinson's growing Tampa office."

Weintraub provides details into the firm's focus on its insurance practice and the development of its banking, corporate finance and labor and employment practices. He also discusses how the firm's newly opened downtown Tampa office is growing to meet the demands of clients migrating to Florida.

"The ability to provide local … advice to a national client is very important to us," Weintraub said.

He also provides insight into the firm's approach to matching Tampa Bay's "explosive growth."

"One of the most interesting things about Tampa Bay is that it's getting younger," Weintraub notes. "I see that reflected in recruitment, which I think bodes extremely well for the future of the firm."

Stinson recently established a physical presence in the Southeast region, enhancing its national footprint and furthering its commitment to meeting the needs of clients and delivering the highest level of client service. The firm's Tampa office focuses on insurance, environmental law, real estate, commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial litigation, private business and tax, trust and estates matters.

Weintraub is a seasoned corporate attorney and business executive, adept at representing clients negotiating multimillion-dollar investment and loan transactions involving domestic and international parties. His practice also includes substantial work in energy transactions, project finance, economic development and real estate development.
