Adam helps clients navigate complex, high-stakes disputes with deep experience across financial services, insurance defense, construction, and real estate and general business litigation.

Overview

In the financial services space, Adam defends clients against claims involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, credit reporting violations, wrongful repossession and foreclosure, refusal of reinstatement, breach of warranty and rescission, lien and title disputes, and leasing act violations. He also has decades of experience defending clients in complex class actions, including those involving unfair business practices under California Business & Professions Code Section 17200. Adam's real estate and business litigation experience includes the handling of disputes relating to the formation and operation of commercial real estate development projects, leasing issues, facilities operations and management, partnership buy-outs, breach of operating agreements, and property management.

Adam's insurance defense work includes the representation of businesses and individuals—particularly in the sports, entertainment and real estate industries—in claims involving premises liability, product liability and property damage. He also represents architects, engineers, and real estate professionals in professional liability and E&O matters.

His construction litigation practice involves the defense of developers, contractors, and design professionals in defect and delay claims across a wide range of projects, from residential properties to large-scale commercial developments.

Adam also handles a variety of general business litigation matters, with a focus on cost-effective strategies that advance client goals while minimizing business disruption.
