Overview
Bill works with privately held businesses in a variety of industries, assisting them with business estate planning, succession planning, and real estate transactions. He has extensive experience with the design and implementation of family partnerships for use in wealth preservation and wealth transfer.
Bill brings a unique skill set to bear for his clients, including an understanding of accounting principles, tax law, real estate investment vehicles, estate planning and corporate law. He designs and prepares buy-sell and shareholder agreements for clients. He has significant experience with ad valorem real and personal property taxation.

- His business background is key for clients when discussing business transition planning, including everything from assessing readiness, preparing for sale or transition, identifying the proper advisors, management success, corporate structure, tax consequences, valuation, issues, family dynamics and charitable giving goals.
