Maddy provides practical guidance on real estate and public finance matters to municipalities, developers and lenders.

Overview

Maddy brings a detail-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and a client-focused approach to her real estate and public finance practice. She assists public entities and private clients on matters where land use, financing and transactional work overlap.

On the transactional side, Maddy supports clients in the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate. Her work includes assisting with purchase and sale agreements and real estate due diligence, including reviewing title commitments, surveys and recorded documents.

Maddy also assists municipalities with planning and zoning matters. She supports public clients as they work through land use requirements, development approvals and the local regulations that shape how a project takes form.

She previously served as a summer associate at Stinson, where she assisted with matters in real estate, public finance, and business litigation. Her experience provided exposure to transactions at various stages and strengthened her ability to support clients effectively
