Marisa focuses her practice on a broad range of complex banking and financial services matters, advising clients from fintech startups to established financial institutions. Her experience allows her to effectively support institutions across various sectors, ensuring they remain compliant and strategically positioned.

Before joining the firm, Marisa worked at a firm in Washington, DC where she advised on financial and fintech matters. During law school, she interned with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in its Division of Enforcement.
