As a financial services litigation, regulatory and transactional attorney, Nadine combines industry experience and analytical problem-solving to provide practical counsel on evolving legal and regulatory issues.

Overview

Nadine advises financial institutions on a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters involving bank operations, consumer finance, and payment systems. She represents major financial institutions in alternative dispute resolution, as well as in federal and state court proceedings, involving the Uniform Commercial Code, Electronic Fund Transfer Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, UDAAP, and other financial services laws and regulations.

Drawing on her former in-house counsel experience at a global financial institution, Nadine brings a practical understanding of the business considerations that shape financial services legal decisions. She advises banks on transactional and operational matters, including cash management needs, product development initiatives and technology-related agreements. Nadine also advises financial institutions and affiliated third-party service providers on cybersecurity, privacy and data security considerations affecting financial products and services. Her CIPP/US certification enables her to advise clients on the evolving privacy and data security considerations that increasingly overlap with financial services products and services.

Nadine approaches each engagement with a commitment to thoughtful advocacy and practical solutions, whether advising financial institutions on complex legal matters or supporting her local community through pro bono work with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles.
