Experience

• An accomplished litigator, Rob draws on diverse experience including disputes involving mineral interests, oil and gas wells, commercial contracts, business, administrative law, tribal jurisdiction and construction. Rob has successfully tried cases to verdict in both state and federal courts, as well as litigating numerous regulatory proceedings. In addition to providing advocacy in court, Rob utilizes his experience to counsel clients in taking prudent actions to stay out of court.
• His real estate experience includes construction liens, oil and gas liens, foreclosures, zoning and commercial lease disputes.
• Rob also leverages his 11 years of experience as a special assistant attorney general by helping employers navigate North Dakota's unique workers' compensation system. While in government service, one of Rob's positions was Director of the Special Investigations Unit of the state workers' compensation agency where he led cases involving benefits fraud, payroll misrepresentation and health care fraud. Rob uses his invaluable insights into government investigations to assist clients facing white collar criminal and civil enforcement actions.
