Ross has experience drafting responses to United States Patent and Trademark Office regulatory actions and analyzing legal issues for Inter Partes Review.

Ross also gained valuable experience as a legal research intern for the Kansas Court of Appeals, where he drafted summary dispositions and proposed opinions, and researched and drafted prehearing bench memorandums.
