Labor Law Today: What Employers Need to Know About the NLRB and Unions in the Workplace

Webinar
08.06.2025 | 12 - 1 p.m. CT

To conclude our summer Employment Law webinar series, we invite you to a session addressing the current state of the NLRB and labor law. Our panel of traditional labor law attorneys, including insights from a former NLRB attorney, will discuss the status of the constitutional challenges to the NLRB, the Board's current and likely future composition, and how this affects employers’ responsibilities and expectations. We will also cover significant NLRB cases and rule changes, exploring their application and impact on unionized and non-unionized workforces. Finally, we will look towards the future with our panel’s interpretation of the Acting General Counsel’s stated goals and cases/rules that may be up first for review or reversal.

CLE credit is pending in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, KS, MN, MO, NE, NY and TX.

SHRM credit is available.
