Press Release
05.07.2025

Stinson LLP represented Infinx Healthcare, a provider of AI-driven revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions, in its acquisition of the Healthcare RCM division of i3 Verticals, Inc.

Stinson representatives worked closely with Infinx to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process. Stinson attorneys provided Infinx with legal counsel to successfully reach a definitive agreement, enabling it to pursue its growth objectives.

The transaction supports Infinx’s continued expansion in the healthcare financial technology sector and broadens its reach to new provider segments including academic medical centers and other large providers. The addition of i3 Verticals’ customer base also strengthens Infinx’s mission to deliver innovative, tech-enabled services that enhance financial performance for healthcare organizations.

Led by Partner Jill Radloff, the Stinson team included Partner Ethan Mark and attorneys Mary Burgoyne and Eman Qureshi. They were supported by Partners Audrey Fenske, Charles Jensen, Morgan Johnson, Jessica Kracl and Stephanie Scheck and by attorneys Molly Maurin, Ben Parker and Stephanie Schmid.
