The Stinson Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice is among the largest in the Midwest, with more than 80 attorneys in nine offices. We strive to understand the financial and operational dynamics of our clients' businesses, so that we can find creative ways to bridge gaps between buyers and sellers. Our M&A attorneys work closely with our clients, focusing on both the legal and business aspects of a transaction to ensure that the deal structure and terms reflect the business goals of our clients.
