“Jay’s extensive experience in corporate finance, fund formation, and capital markets will be a tremendous asset to our clients. His arrival strengthens our ability to provide sophisticated, practical solutions across industries, asset classes, and jurisdictions,” said David Jenson, co-chair of the firm’s Corporate Finance Practice Division.

Earlier in his career, Taylor gained comprehensive knowledge in capital market transactions and structured finance, further enhancing his ability to guide clients through sophisticated matters relating to securities, commodities, currency and synthetic transactions and structures across several asset classes to hedge business and financial risk. His experience includes other financial risk management tools such as collateral arrangements and credit guarantees. Taylor has significant experience in structuring and representing start-ups in various industries and helping companies and funds raise financing through debt and equity offerings. He advises companies on a range of organizational and transactional issues and also represents a notable number of clients in the sports, media and entertainment space.

“I am thrilled to be a part of Stinson’s growing New York City office,” said Taylor. “The firm’s collaborative approach and national platform provide an ideal environment to deliver innovative solutions for clients across industries.”

Taylor’s arrival underscores the strength of the firm’s national corporate finance platform. He joins a bench of attorneys who provide a range of services to a diverse portfolio of leading companies and investment firms.
