Jared maintains a national practice, representing investors, lenders, developers and community development entities in complex transactions utilizing federal and state new markets and historic tax credits. He also advises clients on conventional real estate development, including mixed-used projects, public finance and commercial leasing.
Jared has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate development, including tax credit and impact finance. His work includes financing the rehabilitation of historic buildings for various uses, such as hotels and commercial properties, and supporting the construction of new mixed-used developments and affordable housing. Jared has also successfully structured real estate and impact finance transactions across the nation.

- Represented an investor on historic and new markets tax credits for rehabilitating a historic building in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, for use as a hotel.
- Represented four community development entities in their debt and equity financing for rehabilitating a mixed-use historic building in St. Louis, Missouri.
- Represented a developer on financing new markets for constructing a mixed-used office and hotel project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Represented an investor in numerous new markets tax credit investments to finance more than 50 Habitat for Humanity affiliates, which also financed the construction of thousands of single-family homes.
- Represented an investor in a new markets tax credit investment to provide equipment financing to a Wisconsin-based business.
- Represented a community development entity providing debt financing for rehabilitating a historic building in Reading, Pennsylvania.
- Represented an investor on historic and new markets tax credit investments for rehabilitating two historic buildings in Detroit, Michigan, for use as commercial tenant properties.
