Nanette is a highly-experienced litigator and a trial attorney who has considerable experience in nationwide complex litigation. Nanette has represented clients in a broad range of matters, including complex commercial and civil litigation, products liability, tort and personal injury actions, oil and gas litigation, Title IX claims, medical malpractice, class action claims, municipal law, and a variety of employment disputes. She has extensive experience in bank and mortgage regulatory compliance, financial services litigation, including litigation involving acts such as the Truth in Lending Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. She has also served as outside counsel, helping clients manage regional and national litigation.

Nanette also represents employers in various industries by providing advice, policy revisions and counseling, and is well-equipped to help employers navigate disputes or threatened litigation and the administrative process.

Nanette has significant experience litigating employment matters and has done so in the administrative process, as well as in state and federal courts.
